1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Our Friends Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Purpose

Our Friends Hub helps JW friends find businesses and services offered by other friends. Listings are created by independent owners. We do not provide or guarantee their services.

3. User Eligibility

To list a business on Our Friends Hub, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Complete the Bible-question verification process
• Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and your business
• Maintain valid contact information

4. Business Listings

By creating a business listing, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You have the right to offer the services or products listed
• You will maintain appropriate licenses and insurance as required by law
• You will respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

5. Subscription and Payments

Starter listings are free. Pro is a monthly subscription at the price shown before checkout; an eligible Regular Pioneer who selects the Pioneer rate pays the discounted monthly price shown there. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Stripe processes payments. You can review billing and switch to Starter from your dashboard. A scheduled downgrade takes effect at the end of the paid period; an immediate downgrade ends Pro features immediately. A current-period refund is not guaranteed. Complimentary Pro access may have separate terms shown when it is offered.

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited on Our Friends Hub:

• False or misleading information
• Content that violates any applicable laws
• Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material
• Listings that misuse the platform or undermine the trust of JW friends

7. Limitation of Liability

Our Friends Hub serves as a directory service only. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by listed businesses. Users engage with listed businesses at their own risk. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions between users and listed businesses.

8. Termination

We may suspend or remove listings or accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform. Business owners can manage their Pro plan from the dashboard and can request account deletion from account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
